i particularly loved the friendly staff who made my stay enjoyable and the outdoor area where i could unwind after exploring nearby attractions like jeevanjee gardens and the nairobi gallery, all just a short walk away.

the so-called 'deluxe' room I booked was definitely a downgrade, as I paid extra for promised amenities that were non-existent. and as if that wasn’t enough, the breakfast was late and I received packet juice instead of fresh, can you believe it? Honestly, I almost gave a good review, but not quite. just another mediocre experience.

capital heights has a great location right next to a cafe with delicious local food. the rooms come with mosquito nets, and the hot water showers are a nice touch. especially appreciated the friendly and punctual airport driver, titus!
